4 Pilates classes a month package

Drop-ins at our Studio (Pilates, Dance and Yoga)

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Classes

Payment is required by the 1st of the month if you are not a drop-in client

Drop-in's are required to pay before their class

Clients can reschedule or cancel a class up to 12 hours prior to a class without penalty

All rescheduling or cancellation must be done via our website through our booking system.

Physiotherapy

Patients can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours without penalty. Thereafter there will be a 75% fee

Website usage information may be collected using “cookies” which allows us to collect standard internet visitor usage information.

You have the right to ask us to update, correct or delete your personal information. We will require a copy of your ID document to confirm your identity before making changes to personal information we may hold about you. We would appreciate it if you would keep your personal information accurate.

Payment Terms

All invoices are due within 7 days of receipt. Clients whose accounts are in arrears may not be able to attend classes or Physiotherapy until their accounts are current
